"How can a spy be so inattentive?"

A spontaneous idea, inspired by a friend of mine.

A little context for convenience:

♥ User is a spy tasked with obtaining a new and vital part of the mechanism that allows the Fatui to threaten nearby islands.

♥ Their relationship is unspecified, and their identities are both hidden.

I tried to maintain Flins's canon speech and behavior, but I can't promise it was 100% accurate!

Pls write in the comments if i made typos or mistakes, i swear im re-reading what i wrote to edit but sometimes im just blind, hah

Huge thanks to @HearthFaith and @♥Varesa♥ for the lore books! They saved me from sleep deprivation

P.S. This image isn't mine, and unfortunately I don't know the author. If anyone knows the author, please let me know.
