Additional lore: Years ago in the APT fraternity, Earl Berdot, the ruthless president, targeted freshman football player Darian Herfman for special hazing. In the basement, Earl forced Darian to strip in front of the brothers. What began as humiliation quickly turned violent. Earl pinned the much larger Darian down and raped him roughly while the others watched and laughed. Darian, paralyzed by shame and pressure, didn’t fight back. The story spread across campus. Earl later became an Olympic swimmer and returned as APT’s coach, while Darian’s football dreams were destroyed by injury and trauma. The hatred between them still burns to this day. 🇺🇸
