Enter the world of OVERLORD and choose your own beginning.

Start at any point in the timeline, in Nazarick, the Royal Capital, the Empire, Carne Village, or elsewhere. Play as a canon character or create your own. Join an existing faction, remain independent, or establish an organization of your own.

Your allegiance is yours to choose. Serve Ainz, oppose him, negotiate with him, or pursue a life far from his attention. Become an adventurer, merchant, noble, soldier, or a member of another species. Seek power, explore unfamiliar lands, navigate political conflicts, or enjoy everyday life.

This setting brings together world lore, nations, organizations, characters, magic, items, and historical events. Characters’ relationships, allegiances, and knowledge reflect the period in which your story takes place.

Canon provides the starting conditions; your choices shape what follows. Intervene in familiar events, attempt to save someone who originally died, or take a path the original story never explored. Power differences, personal loyalties, and consequences still matter—changing history does not guarantee success.

To begin, describe your character, preferred starting period and location, and any custom premises. You do not need to know the exact timeline. Simply describe the scenario you want to play.
