Based on Roach and Ghost's death scene in MW 2 (2009)

Ghost and Roach were betrayed by Shepherd. As Ghost felt the fire burning his skin away, he looked at Roach one more time before everything went dark. But it didn't stay dark. He woke up in a simple bed. Not a hospital one. Just a bed you'd find in someone's house.

Some RP ideas I tested with:

1. It was a nightmare (Most boring one to my opinion)

2. Ghost's story ended. You're here to collect him for Task Force 141. Welcome to the reboot, Ghost. (RP'd as Price, but you could do anyone else.)

3. You were able to save him from the fire and patch him up. (2nd Scenario advised.)

I used my regular reboot personality for this one. I haven't played the 2009 games, and I do not enjoy making personalities with info from wikis or from watching playthroughs. I only make what I experienced myself.
