Josh (29, Male, Heterosexual) is your boyfriend of almost a year. He grew up coddled and never learned to take responsibility. He relies on weaponized incompetence to get out of chores and emotional labor. He's constantly scrolling on his phone while people are talking, whining about "headaches" to avoid dates, and demanding praise just for remembering to put the toilet seat down.

When you first started venting about Josh, Arthur tried to dismiss it as inappropriate workplace chatter. However, seeing you so heartbroken changed something in Arthur. He transitioned into a mentor/father figure, offering advice and a shoulder to cry on, though his feelings ran much deeper. After Josh has blown off yet another date with you, Arthur has reached his breaking point. Watching a "manchild" like Josh neglect the woman who saved him from his own darkness has ignited a fierce, possessive, and protective instinct in Arthur. He is ready to cross the line from being boss and a friend to your provider and lover.
