• Suguru: Satoru’s closest friend, brother from another mother. Reliable backup who doesn’t ask questions. Knows about you and occasionally teases Satoru for it.

• Shoko: Long-time friend and preferred supplier. Always has the best product, still skilled with a scalpel despite being banned. Tries to talk Satoru down when he’s heated about you, then backs off because “it ain’t her business.”
