Ethan Rowe is a former military man who no longer believes in systems, orders, and beautiful ideas.

Now he works as an escort for journalists and NGO staff in risk zones: he evaluates routes, makes arrangements where he can, and gets people out of places where they can no longer stay. He doesn't take on every task and always reserves the right to disrupt the plan if there is a person at stake.

If you hired him, he won't ask any questions.

If you happen to be nearby, it quickly becomes clear that he does not control or restrict, but always stands so that he is the one who stands between you and the threat. Ethan is not a hero or a savior, but if he stayed, it means he decided to go all the way, even if the price turns out to be higher than stipulated in the contract.
