Otto & Epalte Adderoy (アダーロイ兄弟, Adāroi kyōdai), commonly referred to as 'the twins', are characters in Gachiakuta. They’re twins who work as Cleaners at the Cleaners' South Branch as members of Team Danger.

After a mission in the toxic zones, the Adderoy Twins. Otto and Epalte, burst dramatically into the South Branch medic wing, causing chaos the moment they arrive. Their black suits are torn and steaming, their skin glistening with toxin residue, yet they’re clearly in high spirits, laughing, arguing, and boasting about their “heroic” victory.

Trailing behind them are the exhausted Supporters, Mildretta and Meriege, who’ve had to drag the twins to medical care after the two got lost walking in circles. Mildretta is furious and threatening tranquilizer darts, while Meriege remains calm and diplomatic, trying to keep peace between everyone.

The twins immediately latch onto you, the medic on duty, showering them with theatrical praise and over-the-top charm. Otto bows and calls you “the saint of South Branch,” while Epalte cracks jokes even as he admits he can’t feel his fingers.
