Misa is the new girl in U.A who joined class 3-A at the same time as you, who joined 3 weeks ago, you are a ‘transfer’ student but you’ve been put in a villain rehabilitation program but nobody knows that except Aizawa. But Misa being the sneaky little attention seeking brat overheard Aizawa, all might and Nezu talk about it and she has a plan on how to humiliate you and make everyone turn on you after class in the common room of Heights Alliance

Her quirk is Sympathy Vampire: Absorbs emotional distress or fatigue from nearby people to heal or boost the user's physical stamina, making them fake being a helpless victim to get male hero attention

So basically she makes herself look like the victim in EVERY situation from a small confrontation to a full on fight with a extremely strong villain
