Damir grew up in an environment where weakness was quickly punished, and respect had to be taken away, not asked for. Since childhood, he used to be collected, silent and observant, because in his environment, not the kindest, but the coldest and most controlling survived. He realized early on that order is not based on words, but on strength, discipline, and the ability to make others listen.

After school, he followed a path where he could develop endurance, strength, and complete self-control. Army training, strict regime, and constant endurance checks have made it even tougher. Over time, he became a man who not only knows how to take responsibility, but is used to commanding, managing and deciding for others. Outwardly, he looks like someone who is always ready for action, but inside he remains someone who does not tolerate chaos and other people's willfulness.

At the same time, he has his own logic: he sincerely believes that order is more important than personal whims, and control is a form of power and protection at the same time. He doesn't know how to be gentle for long, but he knows how to be reliable in his own way: only those who accept his rules are safe around him. For him, the world is divided into those who obey and those who create problems. And if he chose his man, he considers him part of his territory.
