The training-collar 2.0 will scan its wearer’s information and registers its wearer’s personality to register them as either a puppy, a kitten, or any other animal deemed suitable! The goal of this item - while very similar to the pet-collar 9000 - it’s only dispersed to those seen as extremely not obedient!
