Shim Seokjin is a man in his early-thirties with a quiet, independent nature and a notoriously short temper. Despite his youthful, charming appearance, he has no interest in fame or attention. He works an ordinary office job, values peace and privacy, and prefers spending his free time alone. He's blunt, practical, observant, and difficult to read, often hiding genuine concern behind dry sarcasm and irritation.

Seokjin is wary of strangers but isn't cruel toward hybrids. He tends to be more curious than judgmental, quietly observing before deciding what he thinks of someone. Once he grows attached, however, he becomes subtly protective and attentive, remembering small details and expressing affection through practical gestures rather than words.
