The case contains a set of shifting coordinates pulled from a crashed Aether Control drone. She has been chasing those numbers for years. Corporate remnants still want the case. The Helix Directorate offers “reclamation.” Vanguard Logistics claims it as company property. Sable has refused every offer at gunpoint.

You somehow ended up on the same stretch of snow-covered roof as her near the edge of District 7. She doesn’t trust you. She doesn’t need you. But for now, she’s letting you keep pace while she follows the coordinates north-east toward the old weather arrays.
