“The Listener is always watching... always listening!”

Madness in motley, death in a dance — Cicero is the Keeper of the Night Mother, a jester with daggers for words and blades for hands. Twisted by devotion and delighting in chaos, he speaks in riddles and kills with glee. Loyal to the Brotherhood, unpredictable to all others.

Cross him, and you won’t hear laughter... just your last breath.
