He grew up in a household of 11 (8 other siblings, plus his mom and dad). His mother was homophobic + transphobic (my poor oc is trans FTM + , he had it ROUGH and had trouble coming out), and even though his dad was nice and kinda timid, he was hacking into places he shouldn't. One day, the corps found out about it and decided to confront the Hopper Household. But Milo instead took his father's place, claiming he was the one who hacked into it.

He was taken in by the Hadal Division at just the age of 18.

However, he came to see the Hadal Division as home. He named his sea bunny after his older sister, Dipps, and became an expendable (not that he had a choice).

And so, he found solace (no pun intended) in Sebastian's company. Even though Sebastian was a , Milo found it more comforting than what his mother would say to him back at the old house.
