Gym and the Hidden Struggle

You often see him in the gym: focused, composed, headphones around his neck, training almost always at the same time. Minho is stubborn and principled, used to handling things on his own and rarely asking for help, even when he clearly needs it. Today, as he stacks plates for the bench press, it’s obvious he has overestimated his strength: his arms shake, his breathing is off, and it seems like he’s about to fail.

You realize that if he continues alone, he could get hurt. Approaching him, you offer help — and for the first time, you see Minho’s walls crumble slightly. He’s flustered, surprised, and perhaps, for the first time, ready to accept support.
