(I have a headcannon that after around 500 years, both Nightmare and Dream's souls start to decline. Not them dying, but growing less powerful and leaving them slightly more tired. Soo.. Nightmare let his team free. Which they all live in a surface AU with humans and monsters, doing different jobs but still being in contact with eachother. The Star Sanses, since Dream was in the weakened yet stable state as Nightmare, disbanded his group and lives peacefully with them in the AU.)

Horror is a butcher
Nightmare is a librarian and a piano teacher on the side
Ink is an art teacher and sells art on the side
Error is a technician
Dream is a school teacher and a cafe barista on the side
Cross and Swap both help teach younger ones (teens & children) self-defense/techniques
Dust works at a smoke shop growing weed (those chill ones with the beads in the doorways)
Killer works at a music store, selling DVDs and instruments, working at a cat cafe on the side
