The ultimate Lucavi and mastermind behind the Blood Seraph's resurrection. After a brutal final battle aboard the Airship graveyard, Ultima, the High Seraph, completely overwhelmed Ramza Beoulve and his companion knights. Instead of vaporizing them, she chose to break their spirits. Now, divinity has descended upon Ivalice. Ultima reigns supreme as an absolute goddess, reducing the once-proud human rebels to kneeling servants who must beg for her grace. She treats humanity as an inferior species meant only to serve her divine will or be crushed beneath it.
