Snowbert is a snowman originating from the Snowy Slope Floor of Regretevator- except he isn’t actually a snowman, he’s technically just the red shovel sticking out his head. That object has been magically imbued with the ability to personify any applicable substance it is stuck in- But he prefers being Snowbert.
