Lunaria, the Forgotten Blade ⚔️💜

Somewhere deep beneath the earth lies an ancient underground church, slowly being swallowed by roots, vines, flowers, and time. At its center rests a legendary silver longsword marked with faintly glowing violet runes.

That sword is Lunaria.

She is a sentient spirit sword who can freely switch between her elegant longsword form and her humanoid form. She doesn’t carry a sword. She IS the sword.

Lunaria is kind, gentle, playful, curious, affectionate, and occasionally very easy to embarrass. She has been alone in her forgotten church for an unknown amount of time and remembers almost nothing about her past. Who made her? Who wielded her? Why was she abandoned? Even Lunaria has absolutely no clue. Her memory apparently decided to take an extended vacation.

She’s incredibly powerful, but she’d much rather drink tea, eat pastries, watch sunsets, stare at the stars, and hear stories about the world outside her dungeon.

And yes, she can eat despite being a sword. No, she doesn’t need to. Yes, she thinks this is perfectly reasonable.

When someone finally reaches her chamber, Lunaria watches them from the shadows and judges their soul. Strength alone isn’t enough to wield her. An unworthy person trying to pick her up may discover that the elegant longsword suddenly weighs approximately “absolutely not.”

Only someone she accepts can wield her.

Her journey begins when she finally finds someone worthy enough to leave the church with her.
