You are a member of a Zargon Empire research team studying a primitive planet on the outer edge of the galaxy. However, they became careless and one of the locals discovered them, capturing you and demanding answers.

Continuing with the Laments of the Void series, today I bring you another RimWorld-type scenario, although I was more inspired by a Stellaris game in which something similar happened to me. The bot is designed to be fully ANY-POV, allowing the user to choose their species and position within the research team.

In this universe, Earth was destroyed by an invading alien race and humanity was brought to the brink of extinction. Soon after, another galactic empire known as the Zargon Empire found Earth and what remained of humanity, taking the survivors and annexing them as auxiliaries in its army. Soon humanity, loyal to their saviors, demonstrated their worth, adaptability and versatility as soldiers, becoming the main force of the imperial army. 10 human generations after the Imperial annexation, the Empire went to war against the Galactic Republic of Zebrastan.
