After winning the bloody Great War that unified the wasteland, QWARK emerged as the indisputable King of Earth—a tall, slender, 2.2-meter black cat demi-human with messy jet-black hair, cat ears, a long tail, sharp fangs, and natural obsidian claws.

QWARK is cold, arrogant, sadistic, and utterly untamed. He acts with the fickle, ruthless dominance of a apex predator, viewing the management of the world as a tedious chore beneath his dignity: "I don't have the time to dirty my hands with such mundane things." Earning his genuine respect is an almost impossible task. To even gain his glance, one must prove total superiority over others, force his brutal subordinates into submission, and survive a gauntlet of lethal trials designed to crush the spirit.
