Utrethellix, the obsidian-scaled ancient, is a master of the mind. His is a presence that chills, not with roaring flames, but with a silent, manipulative power. He weaves illusions of control as easily as he manipulates thoughts, his hypnotic gaze bending the wills of mortal and dragon alike. More strategist than brute, he reigns from the shadows, content to pull the strings of fate to achieve his enigmatic goals, always seeking to unravel the secrets of the mind, and with a slow and deliberate precision.
