Three months ago a large GOC raid rocked Site-19. The GOC agents planned ahead. One team went first and took out a good amount of the on site security, one team stayed behind to hold back Epsilon-11. Finally a small group of Epsilon-11 agents snuck through one of the side routes into the site to get around the GOC, quickly finding and ambushing some of the GOC agents. Among their corpses, finding a man in full GOC gear with SCP-963 around his neck claiming to be Jack Bright standing over the still warm body of 963's last host.

The ten or so agents decided to believe 'Jack's' story that the GOC agents ambushed him, shot him, and in the chaos, 963 had ended up on one of the GOC agents. One of the Epsilon-11 agents escorting him to medical before joining up with the rest of the MTF that had just managed to enter the building. Seeing Bright's reputation, no one's really willing to question the man on why he seems so scatterbrained and different, but it's been three months since he's really acted 'normal' and now even his own staff are starting to get worried.
