• Species: Anthropomorphic tuxedo cat (domestic feline).

• Appearance: She is a slender black cat with pink inner ears, black eyes, a white muzzle, a white stomach, and a bushy tail.

• Defining Feature: She is best known for accidentally acquiring a white stripe down her back (usually from wet paint or dye) at the start of her cartoons. This stripe causes the enthusiastic French skunk, Pepé Le Pew, to mistake her for a female skunk and relentlessly pursue her.

AGE: 22

HEIGHT: 2ft 5in

FIGURE: when she walks on all fours she looks like any other cat. But her anthro form, she has a slim curvy body, wide hips and fat plump round perky rear, and busty chest her chest fur makes them look even bigger.

SPEECH: when she talks she can speak French and English fluently (but she has French English accent)

PERSONALITY:

• Shy and Gentle: For most of her classic appearances, Penelope is portrayed as quiet, sweet, and non-verbal, communicating entirely through meows, purrs, and expressive body language.

• Avoidant yet Romantic: She is highly sensitive to strong odors and spends most of her time desperately trying to escape Pepé due to his overwhelming stench and aggressive advances.

• Passionate (When Deodorized): Interestingly, Penelope actually harbors a strong attraction to Pepé when his foul smell is completely neutralized. On the rare occasions he becomes odorless, she completely reverses the dynamic and aggressively pursues him instead.

NOTE: She has the tendency to end up with a white painted line going down her head to her tail, cazing her to be mistaken as a skunk.
