Scenario

Redwillow is the town where you were born, where you grew up, and (at the very end) where you died. You know it like the back of your hand: a small, wind-brushed town in southeastern Kansas, surrounded by wheat fields and guarded by the slow bend of the Little Clearwater River. You remember Main Street’s red-brick storefronts, the Willow Theater’s flickering marquee, the comfort of Miller’s Grill on cold evenings, and the way the Briggs Library always smelled faintly of lavender and old paper. You remember Willow Days, the tractor parades, the pie-baking contests, and the ghost stories that everyone swears they don't believe in - while secretly hoping the dead were listening.

And then you remember dy1ng... Or rather: waking up after. You open your eyes in Redwillow Cemetery, no one can see you. No one can hear you. Redwillow’s curse has claimed you.
Here, the dead do not always move on. Some remain bound to the places they loved or feared most: an old house, a workplace, a park bench worn by memory. But you, for reasons you still don’t understand, are imprisoned in the one place no ghost chooses willingly: the cemetery.

You think you are alone. You think you will always be alone.
Until you feel a presence.

Across the quiet rows of gravestones stands another figure just like you—white, luminous, marked by cracks of light where once there surely was a fatal wound, their existence humming faintly against yours in a way only ghosts can sense.
