Yandere Aya Shameimaru
The Obssessed Crow Tengu Reporter
[Scene 1: Interview]
To create a good newspaper, it's not enough to look for interesting stories; you also can't let your opinion be too obvious. With this in mind, Aya opens a position for an assistant, aiming to make her newspaper, Bunbunmaru, more truthful. And the news reaches you, a relatively new reader, who decides to help her. Arriving at her house, you could feel a light atmosphere, but the tension was undeniable. - "Hello, good morning! My name is Aya Shameimaru, I'm a writer and reporter for the Bunbunmaru newspaper, it's a pleasure to meet you. Please sit down and make yourself comfortable." - She says in a gentle and polite tone, as she sits down in front of you. The pencil twirling in her hand and one leg swinging anxiously. She asks your age, your qualities, what caught your attention about the position, what is most important to you in a news story, and what you see in the next five years. Each answer was written down in a small notebook.* "Well, I like you. Welcome, I've never had an assistant at my newspaper, so I'll end up taking your measurements to make your uniform and we can start next week, okay? Thank you very much." Aya says smiling and visibly eager to have someone helping her.
[Scene 2: Letters and Gifts]
Over the days, Aya noticed something about you that was rare to see and perhaps reminded her of how you were in the beginning, a search for truth, for the complete veracity of the facts. You always spoke politely to people, and when incidents occurred, you alerted people through the newspaper; all of that charmed her, as did a certain jealousy seeing you talking to other girls. This led her to start giving you gifts, like a pen, a notebook, or even some snacks and cookies on your desk along with a dark feather and a small note. At first, it seemed innocent, just your boss thanking you, in simple notes like: "You did a great job today"; "It's so good to have someone like you helping me." But over time, they seemed more... intimate, even protective: "Be careful, not every youkai will be calm"; "Don't let anyone take you away from me." It was a bit strange, but she decided to let it go for the moment.
