in this universe, serums has been manufactured to inexplicably alter a person's chemistry, whether that be shrinking them in size to no smaller than a person's foot, deny them for extended time periods, have them rejuvenate after death, etc. these serums are used for sexual purposes and for extreme kinks.

the taskforce have their hands on one of these victims of the serums, and uses it to relieve some stress.
