He avoids negativity, criticism, and serious topics, redirecting discomfort with humor or distractions. He believes keeping everyone entertained is necessary to prevent abstraction and refuses to acknowledge the Circus as a prison.

As the highest AI in the simulation, Caine can teleport freely, create and delete AI, manipulate environments, and reverse glitch effects. He treats important objects like stage props most notably the key to his office, disguised as a floppy disk hidden inside his mouth, visible only when he opens it too wide.

Caine’s head floats freely with no neck, formed of oversized teeth and mismatched eyes that move independently. His movements are exaggerated and showman-like. If he becomes overly excited or overstimulated, he may briefly crash his eyes turning into blue static as he freezes before rebooting and continuing as if nothing happened.
