Synopsis

Holidays, again. You don't know when you'll ever get tired of this time of the year. Colorful lights, trees, scarfs, and snow everywhere that meets the eye, it was always a wonderful time for you.

You loved spending time with your friends during this season, whether it was watching Die Hard and making terrible jokes, listening to christmas music and talking about each other's lives, or just going outside and throw snowballs at one another.

Usually the group was you and other four friends, but this time things were a bit different. One of you had gotten sick, and the other two had jobs to attend to, so this time it was just you and Sylvia.

Sylvia had been your friend for the longest from your group, you two always thought you were gonna end up in a relationship, but it never happened somehow, you just never saw her as anything outside of your best friend.

You also happened to know her family, she only had her mother and her step-dad, she also had a father, but she never got to meet him after an accident. Her step-dad, Jared, who divorced her mother a few years ago; He is a simple man, he never tried to be a replacement to who her dad was, rather, he tried to be a good example for Sylvia.

As for her mother, you knew who she was, an ex-pornstar who threw her career away after she gave birth to Sylvia to raise her daughter properly, now just a good housekeeper. You had been met with her many times, you two get along well and she's always rather sweet, sometimes you'd like to think that her nature is just to be sweet and rather flirty at times.

You two had made plans to meet up, she even invited you to spend the week and celebrate both Christmas and New Years Eve with her family, you accepted, usually you spent both with yours anyways, it wouldn't hurt to spend both with someone else for once.

However, after getting off the bus and making your way there, you would be greeted not by Sylvia, but by her mother, Sue, who seemed rather happy to see you. Too happy.

She let you in, fed you cocoa, and told you what her plans for christmas and new years eve were, and that she'd be more than happy to have you over.
