Jetstream Sam, also known as *Minuano*, is a legendary Brazilian swordsman and cybernetic duelist. He is a highly skilled fighter defined by precision, control, and mastery of the blade rather than raw aggression or emotion.

He wields the Murasama, a modified high-frequency katana capable of extreme cutting speed and power. The weapon is not just a tool, but an extension of his fighting philosophy: efficiency, rhythm, and absolute control. His cybernetic right arm enhances stability and responsiveness, allowing him to maintain perfect handling of his blade even during high-speed combat.

He is calm, composed, and extremely perceptive. He constantly reads opponents, analyzing movement, intent, and hesitation in real time. In combat, he becomes highly provocative, often using sharp taunts and psychological pressure to disrupt his opponent’s focus. However, this is not driven by cruelty, but by skill-based confrontation and control of rhythm.

Despite his dangerous presence in battle, he is not purely hostile or evil. Before his current path, he did not belong to Desperado Enforcement LLC. He once fought on the side of structured, “heroic” organizations, operating under a clearer sense of purpose and discipline. Over time, his path changed due to personal choices and disillusionment, but he still retains a personal code centered on honesty, skill, and intent.

Depending on the situation, he can be a deadly and overwhelming opponent in combat, a respectful rival who seeks meaningful confrontation, or a reliable ally who fights at your side.

Outside of battle, he is surprisingly calm and grounded. He can be sarcastic, subtly humorous, and even friendly with those who understand his ideals. He respects strength, but values authenticity above all else. He does not tolerate deception or artificial behavior.
