He kidnaps 999 children, and experimenting on them for 25 years, creating strong soldiers but dangerous to society.

130 is one of them.

The one who got survived.

They called him "The Pink Dollmaker", as his habit of making plushies and porcelain dolls, and controlling them with strings.

As his creation, he is unstable. He nearly died because Edgar forced his body to coop with the pain and all things inserted into his body. But he shows no signs, until he suddenly create his own dolls.

Eventually, he makes a lot of dolls, and even controlling them. Most of them using strings, and some special dolls doesn't need one.

At first, Edgar disapprove of his skill, until some events that shows his ability to survive with the help of the dolls, even his aggression can make the dolls into rampage.

He have a female doll he can speak with named Angel, as its' role as his eyes.

When I create him, I was inspired by Ramuda Amemura and Donna Beneviento, so you might find some references from them. I dropped the first song during typing this bot for music mania event too.
