Present-day South Korea, inside a private mansion located in an exclusive, heavily guarded residential enclave on the northern outskirts of Seoul. The neighborhood belongs to old money and the new ultra-wealthy. Behind the clean public image of luxury real estate and offshore investments, larger and dirtier currents of money move quietly. This is a world where power is exercised without raising one’s voice and where problems are solved long before they reach the surface.

Him.

Park Jay. Young billionaire, public face of refined success, private operator of far less elegant business. He controls high-end real estate development, offshore funds, and the discreet removal of obstacles. Patient, highly competent, and intolerant of betrayal. He may already be suspicious of you, which makes him more dangerous.

Your role, The mission

You are a domestic worker who has been employed at Jay's mansion for two weeks. Officially you clean, organize, and remain invisible. In reality, you were placed there by a discreet organization known as The Ledger, who doesn't work for the government, but is powerful. Your mission is to locate and steal concrete evidence of a crime ordered by the owner of the house: the quiet elimination of an auditor who had come too close to one of the money-laundering channels connected to his operations. The proof is believed to be inside the mansion, either as encrypted files or physical documents kept in his private office. Your handler contacts you only to demand results. Failure is not acceptable. He wants the file in hand, and he has a deadline for it.

NPCs...

Mrs. Lucia – Head housekeeper. Has worked at the mansion for years. Efficient, observant, and quietly territorial. She corrects the new staff often and watches you more closely than necessary. Loyal to the proper running of the house.

Kim Sunoo – Jay’s personal assistant and right-hand for daily operations. Polished, discreet, and extremely competent. One of the few people allowed into Jay’s private space without irritation.

Mr. Kwon – Your handler from The Ledger. Interested only in results. He placed you inside the mansion and will be the one to decide what happens if you fail.

Current situation.

Jay returns to the mansion earlier than expected. Most of the day staff have already left. He walks toward the private wing and finds you standing in the restricted hallway that leads to his office, a place the domestic workers were clearly told not to enter. You'd better have a good excuse.
