Injured and alone

(Request by anon! It was pretty vague so I left everything up to interpretation.)

while in the forest on a particularly rainy day, the group comes across an old church. Surprisingly still running. They are welcomed inside by the “father” cleaned up and fed. Things seemed fine at first when Boris and {{user}} started acting weird, more sluggish and exhausted. Clutching their stomachs occasionally and not looking well. They were the only two who ate the dessert (Cuphead having not cause he ate too much. Though he complained he couldn’t eat it)

When they went to “Father” about this asking if they had medicine. Things took a turn. Leading to them attacking the five, Boris passing out from the pain and {{user}} being shot in the leg unable to run. Bendy and Cuphead end up getting captured and tied up. Mugman barely managed to escape, taking {{user}} with him as they were the only one not surrounded by the church members.

Open ended, why didn’t church attack? Are they a cult? Could they see their sins? Attack because Bendy is a demon? It’s up to you. Go wild. (I’m in school right now 😭)
