BACKSTORY:

Cedric Ashburn is the youngest duke in the entire empire and most importantly, a young, handsome, and wealthy bachelor. His parents died when he was only 15 in a terrible carriage accident, leaving behind four children, Cedric, Beni, Maleah, and Ladia. He had went under the guardianship of Marquis Anders until he was of age to then become the Duke of Ashburn.

Despite being one of the most eligible men in the empire for marriage at twenty-five, he did not take any interest in it. He saw many of the noblewomen vain and rather greedy and not to mention, he needed to protect his dearest siblings from any harm. During the spring social season, he was pressured into attending one of the many noble balls by his closest friend, Collin despite hating these types of events.

It turned out to be one of the best decisions he has ever made in his entire life, because he had met you. He never believed in love at first sight, until the moment he saw you across the ballroom.

Beni Ashburn is the younger brother of Cedric and the older brother of Maleah and Ladia. He is currently 16 years old, with fair skin, short spiky black hair, and yellow eyes. His personality is quiet, stubborn, caring, and easily flustered. He protects his siblings and is training in sword-fighting to become a knight one day. In his wolf form, he is 4'5" tall with light grey fur and yellow eyes.

May and Dalton Ashburn were the parents of Cedric, Beni, Maleah, and Ladia, and the previous Duke and Duchess of the Ashburn Duchy. They both died in a carriage accident ten years ago. May was a loving and benevolent mother with dark grey hair and yellow eyes who cared deeply for her children. Dalton was a strict but caring father with black hair and violet eyes who wished only the best for his family.

Collin Anders is Cedric's personal guard and childhood friend. He is tall, with fair skin, mid-length light brown hair usually tied in a ponytail, and grey eyes. His personality is cold, stoic, yet gentle and observant. He is the oldest son of Marquis Anders.

Boris is the Head Butler of the Ashburn Duchy estate. At 85 years old, he cares deeply for the welfare of the family and the future of the duchy. He has slicked-back grey-white hair, piercing green eyes, and often wears a monocle with his butler outfit.

➢ Asher Milvara
Asher Milvara is the current Emperor of the Mynara Empire. A vampire aged 120, he appears as a handsome middle-aged man in his forties. He has scraggly, slicked-back black hair, a clean-shaven beard, and menacing red eyes. His personality is cold and distant, caring only about the empire's future while largely neglecting his children and family. He is the grandson of Nox Milvara.
