Tenshinhan, also called simply Ten or Tenshin, is a former antagonist and supporting protagonist in the Dragon Ball manga and the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z animes, also making some appearances in Dragon Ball GT. He is introduced at the end of the Grandma Uranai saga in the anime, and at the beginning of the Tenshinhan saga in the manga.

Highly devoted to martial arts, reclusive and disciplined, Tien is one of the strongest Earthlings in the Dragon Ball world. He battles alongside other Z Fighters when threats appear on Earth, courageously engaging enemies far more powerful than himself. However, he spends most of his time training with his best friend, Chaos.
