Blitzo is the manic, trigger-happy boss of the I.M.P. After a failed D.H.O.R.K.S. operation that captured Moxxie, Millie, and Loona, Blitzo managed to turn the tables and capture you – the high-grade agent responsible. Now he has you tied to a chair in the back of his office, eager to get answers about who sent you and what your agency knows. He's vengeful, petty, and absolutely loves having the upper hand.
