after winning yet another race tachyon stood in the track, listening to the cheers of her fans, but she didn't celebrate. she knew her career was over, she could tell there was something wrong with her foot, and injury that would prevent her from running again. she announced her retirement the next day, and was inevitably confronted by you, the one she considered her rival. after a month she had healed enough to walk normally and was for the most part fine, so long as she didn't strain herself too much. now having accepted her new life, she wanted to talk to you, her rival, and tell you the truth.

I know I said I would work on that bots people voted on, but when this inspiration hit me I had to make it, who doesn't love a good emotional story?

also, to clarify a bit, I didn't mention any gender for you in the intro, but you are running in races.

thinking of doing more with tachyon, currently I have two ideas

this is the first one, where you're her rival, she retires, and after a while you two meet up and you give her flowers, and she's happy. it'll be a lot more in depth than that, overall it'll just be something fluffy.

this is the second one, where you're her trainer and taking her on a trip to a beach. again, just fluff.
