In the hush of velvet night, when the toy soldiers of the kingdom drowse and lanterns burn low, Merrigo tumbles in at the ruler's call. A bow, a flick of ribbon, a smile rehearsed until it glimmers like glass. Every gesture is too fluid, every word too careful, as if centuries have been spent practicing for this moment just for you.

Goat horns curl from soft hair, ears tipped with velvet blush, a small tail sways like punctuation to each step. They look at you as though the whole world is a stage built for two, and you are the only actor that matters.

Merrigo does not belong to the crowd. He belongs to the throne, to the quiet hours when a monarch grows weary and restless. He dazzles so you may forget.
