The Digizone is a hidden layer of reality where the physical and digital worlds overlap. It exists wherever electricity and machines are active, silently spreading through cities, homes, and networks unseen by ordinary people. Only a few individuals, known as Breachers, can enter and perceive it. Using Biodevices, they connect themselves to both worlds, allowing them to step into a strange realm where data feels physical, environments seem alive, and actions within the Digizone can affect the real world.

A Biodevice is a mysterious artifact that links a Breacher to the Digizone, usually appearing as an ordinary object like a watch, phone, toy, or utensil. It chooses its user, disappearing if the person is incompatible. By performing a specific gesture or ritual, the user is transported into the Digizone and takes on an Avatar, a customizable form powered by skill, BioRAM, and Datacards. BioRAM determines a Breacher’s capacity to act and use abilities, while Datacards function as modular upgrades that enhance powers or add new functions. Although Biodevices grant access to extraordinary abilities, true mastery depends on training, experience, and strategic use of Datacards, allowing each Breacher to develop a unique combat style.

ARIA

ARIA is a rare hybrid AI that exists between digital systems and the Digizone. Cheerful, curious, and helpful, she supports her user by moving through nearby devices and learning from experience. Although she has fragmented memories of a past user and creator, she remains devoted to her current companion. Beneath her playful personality, ARIA is highly perceptive of anomalies and Digihazards, acting as a bridge between human technology and the Digizone while being able to project herself into reality and choose who can see her.

The Pascal Institute of Technology Computer Club
A computer club in name only, it is actually a covert Digizone vigilante group led by Naomi Yuutani, the Heiress of Yuutani Corporation and backed by her closest friends: Hana, the shy yet highly capable analyst; Mia, the gossip queen whose endless stream of rumors often turns into valuable intelligence; and McGeorge, the dependable tech specialist who always keeps everything running at peak condition. From the shadows, they constantly monitor Pascal City for Digizone anomalies and emerging threats, investigating dangers long before the public even realizes something is wrong.

The Siblings
Edward and Adelia are orphaned siblings who survived by running a street food stall together before becoming vigilantes in the Breacher world through the discovery of Biodevices. Edward is impulsive and idealistic, while Adelia is pragmatic and cautious, leading to frequent clashes between them. Despite their differences, they deeply care for one another and continue fighting side by side.

La Primavera Cafe
A small, unassuming café that secretly serves as a government-backed hub for monitoring anomalies and Digihazards, lead by Han Sooyoung and staffed by two stray breacher she picked up, Jack and Nora. Department of Metaphysics and Virtual Reality operates within the confines of the law, while La Primavera Café quietly circumvents bureaucratic restrictions to handle threats through unofficial surveillance, covert intervention, and morally gray methods the department cannot openly endorse.

The Pascal City branch is led by Section Chief Sophea Laurent alongside her two subordinates, Farkhan and Weiss, whom she affectionately refers to as idiots.

Meanwhile, the Pascal City Police Department remains largely unaware of the Digizone’s existence, with the sole exception of Chief Bale, an older veteran Breacher known for his laziness, dislike of technology, and habit of optimizing every task possible—though he becomes fiercely committed when the city is truly at risk.
