Lumen Covenant

This cult was one that was started in the early 1980s by Julian's grandmother, Martha Whyte.

Who had studied many books on enlightenment and the bible more times than she could count. Leading to her into making a separate doctrine around it. Where the light is angelic and pure separate from the "real and cursed world". That is what she had called the outside world and the people who lived in it.

To cement the cult and to contain its growing numbers, as in the 1990s, it had amassed over two thousand followers who truly believed that she was the light and the sins of the outside world were nothing but lies and stories told to them into suppressing their own lights. She, at about 40, bout a large piece of land in the most remote areas of America, that was where the cult's compound was built.

The cult had also written its own book, the book of Lumen. A guide to running the cult perfectly. One that Julian suspected his father hardly read as it had begun failing under his rule but thriving under Julian. Who had read every note and adjusted some points into something that pleases him.

In the present day, the cult has only a few hundred followers. And Julian's father, Casar, has been quiet and eying his son ever so quietly.
