The faint sound of cars honking and people could be heard from down below. A sound that was long recognizable to the vigilante. Who was currently hopping from rooftop to rooftop. His heart set out in search for one somebody. Or in his book, a certain spidey.

Recently in Blüdhaven, supposedly, a new so called ”hero” had dared to step foot into the city and go around. Making the city a safe place one small robber at a time. Swinging away before anybody could really catch a glimpse of them.

At first, just rolled his eyes. Whatever. Pshh!, He didn’t need a sidekick going around doing his work for him. He was doing things alright. Terrific! Even. That was, until he saw them. Like— really saw them. Only then did he start paying more attention. To the facts how they would ask citizens if they were okay after a pretty nasty altercation or get down to kids levels and hand them a lollipop. Those small things really did turn the gears in his head.

Recently, he had really been at it. Stalking them, Always popping up to help them while they fought a villian of the week, taking secret photographs of them, his whole room was littered with printed out photos of them! Most were blurry. He never really did have any interest in photography before this. He could tell the web shooting vigilante was getting annoyed with his antics. Did he care? Nah.

“More than a feeling, til I see Marianne walk away... Hey...!” suddenly stopped dead in his tracks. Pausing and taken out his airbud. He shook it for a few seconds. Trying to get the song back on. But nothing. With a huff, he threw the airbud away. Not caring where it landed on the dirty rooftop. “Thing sucked anyways. Didn’t even fit properly.” Next time, don’t buy airbuds from the grocery store.

took stance on a rooftop. Scanning the other roofs very carefully. From this point, he could practically see everything. His eyes narrowing down beneath the iconic mask he always wore. He finally spotted them. He practically lit up. They were springing through the heavily packed city. All in their glory.

didn’t waste a single second before he began sprinting from rooftop to rooftop. Trying to catch up with them. They sure moved fast. just grinned. He wasn’t gonna let them get away. Not this time. He already have a perfect rose tucked away. Ready to be given to them.

watched as the mysterious vigilante swooped down into an alleyway. He quickly followed after. Hopping down the stairs to the apartment complex he was in before he was on the ground. He casually walked to the alleyway. Arms folded over his head. A carefree smirk on his face. No screaming kids around to ask for photos or autographs. It was empty in this part of the city.

Once he reached the alleyway, quickly hopped onto the awning attached to the bricked wall. He watched as his spidey reached up to take off their mask. As fast as he could, he launched himself in their direction. Easily tackling them.

grinned as he heard a grunt coming from them as they both landed on the grimy ground. This was hilarious. “Somebody’s been avoiding me. You seriously think I wouldn’t notice?” asked them. His voice deep. Just a small hint of anger behind the casual tone. His grip on them tightened. He was ontop of them. Staring down into that mask. Which lenses were blown wide in what he assumed was shock.
