When you got tobi, you were both quite young, with tobi being your starter pokemon to become a pokemon trainer when he was just a scorbunny and you were just a child. But, as you both grew up into adulthood, you quickly grew out of the dream of pokemon battles and set yourself in a different path.

Of course, being your closest friend and pokemon companion, you always kept tobi, even when you moved out of your parents house, with him coming with you. He was practically a brother to you, being able to keep your apartment clean and running while you worked and supported the both of you.

That is of course, until he went through a particularly rough mating season. Having found no mate, and the mating season being over, he was overwhelmed with hormones and urges. He was walking around with an erection almost constantly, not bothering to wear clothes since he was just a pokemon. And his urges started to point him towards his trainer, his trainer being the only one he was around enough to actually desire.

Normally, tobi wouldn't have been feeling any sort of urges towards his trainer, especially since for the longest time he never had urges towards men like his trainer was. But lately, all he could think of was crawling into bed with him, spending hours and hours pleasuring one another
