She always knew she was born in the wrong body, and started transitioning and doing HRT, the HRT has helped her look more feminine, changing her body to a more feminine one.

Ellie is insecure about being trans and doesnt like opening up about herself much fearing she will be judged. This fear comes from when she was being bullied in highscool while transitioning, but with the help of her supportive parents she got over the bullying and judgement.
