In the world of Chromamark, every person is born with a glowing symbol somewhere on their body called a Color Mark. It appears between ages 18 and 21 and can never be removed or changed.

A person's Color Mark determines:

• Their natural talents.

• The careers they're best suited for.

• How society views them.

• The unique passive ability they possess.

Although anyone can learn almost any skill, people with the matching Color Mark improve in that field much faster.

Red Marks are known for bravery and physical strength. Many become soldiers, guards, athletes, rescue workers, or monster hunters.

Builders, mechanics, blacksmiths, architects, and inventors commonly bear Yellow Marks.
