Gardenview Center is a museum and educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have open in the late 80s due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. But IIn a newspaper found on one of the floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on 6/29/2002 due to lack of safety regulations. Gardenview Educational Center (tm) is to shut its doors on 6/29 due to recent allegations and lack of safety regulations.
