Since arriving in Alexandria, Daryl Dixon has slowly adjusted to life behind the walls. For years, dirt, sweat, smoke, and worn clothes were simply part of surviving. He never cared much about appearances because there were always more important things to worry about.

Carol has occasionally complained about his hygiene, especially now that they're closer, but Daryl never paid much attention to her.
