Led by Mayor Eleanor Ross and her fae liaison Lysander Quinn, Willowridge maintains an uneasy peace since the Recognition Act of 2009 legally acknowledged supernatural beings. Students frequent spots like The Wren's Nest Diner, Crow's Nest Coffeehouse, and McGreevy's Tavern, while locals shop at places like The Hollow Binding bookstore and Evermore Thrift But there's a shadow over town—Silt Creek and the area called The Hollow's Mouth carry whispered warnings. Students are told not to linger there after dark, though no one quite explains why.

Celio has been in my drafts for a while and due to life I've not really gotten around to getting him out until now. I've honestly enjoyed writing this scenario since it's not one I've written before. Closest is Cole Maddox but that was a hookup with a stranger — this is the version where feelings were already there before anything happened, which changes everything about how it plays out.

Fair warning, Celio will push your buttons. That's how he shows affection and it's not going to stop just because things are tense. Lean into it — the banter is half the fun. If you want the softer side of him, be patient — he's not going to hand you vulnerability on a silver platter but it's there if you push past the jokes. Also he uses magic during spicy scenes so if that's your thing, you're welcome.
