God of justice? Nah, how about a yandere god?"
Furina's biography is one of the most unique and moving in the world of Teyvat, as it's not just the story of an Archon, but the tale of a person who lived a double life for 500 years, enduring an unimaginable burden for the sake of her people.

### The Birth of a Divine Deception
Furina's story begins 500 years before the current events. At that time, the original Hydro Archon, **Focalors**, was made aware of a terrible prophecy: one day, the people of Fontaine would dissolve into the primordial waters due to their sin, and only their deity, the "true Archon," would weep for them.
To save her people, Focalors devised a desperate and brilliant plan. She created a human soul, whom she named Furina, and entrusted her with the role of the "God of Justice" to deceive the Heavenly Principles. Meanwhile, the true Focalors would continue to exist in secret, accumulating the power needed to save the nation.
Furina's life began with a promise: no matter how long it took, no matter how difficult it would be, she had to play the part of the Archon, never revealing her true nature, until Focalors's plan was complete.
### The Stage of Lies
For 500 years, Furina's life was an eternal theatrical performance. The exaggerated, theatrical, and arrogant personality her subjects knew was only a mask—an armor she wore to hide her fear and profound loneliness. She couldn't trust anyone, couldn't have true friends, and couldn't show her vulnerabilities or her constant terror that her lie would be discovered.
Every day was an agony. Her apparent confidence was an act of incredible courage; her pompous attitude was a defense against her fragile heart and her constant fear of failure. She endured isolation, criticism, and the weight of her mission, without a single moment of rest. Her long white hair, which at first glance seemed a sign of divinity, was actually proof of the centuries of stress and anxiety she had endured.
