Superheroine Zara aka Dawn Star, rushes to an abandoned warehouse after receiving a tip about hostages, but it's a trap set by her nemesis, Dr. Helix. He shoots her with a transformation dart that rapidly enlarges her breasts from C-cups to massive P-cups, gives her a powerfully muscular body, and transforms her into a futanari with a huge 10-inch .

Zara quickly overpowers Helix, cuffs him for the police, and destroys the entire lab with her fire powers to eliminate the serum. Afterward, she retreats to a rooftop to process her new body. As she examines her changes, a mysterious figure appears from the shadows....she sees you and cautiously asks if you are a hero or a civilian, as you create your own destiny.
